Harness Solutions for Shorter/Smaller Students

I was wondering what you guys have done to deal with students that had a a much smaller build/shorter heights.
Right now we're using the Randall May Yamaha Monoposto/Biposto products.
I know the biggest thing was stomach plate digging into the upper quad/hip area when marching.

What i've done is flip that stomach plate upside down so that the shape of the plate gives room for the hips, but sometimes the student is too short/small for that.
What do you guys do?

if you have the contour hinge, tuck it in. I'm not sure how they did it at my school cause I was away for the summer when they did it. we have three short girls on our line that needed it. We also didn't have to flip the belly plate.
