If I'm playing matching grip, I prefer no tape or 2/3 to find the fulcrum easily.
For traditional, I like the feel that the full tape gives. My hand tends to slide more easily on the wood. Maybe that will change once my traditional gets stronger.
Missing hand just seems kind of pointless to me, I don't really like the look of it. Same with 1/2.

I use fully tape for my school (required) but I personally like the missing hand mixed with 1/2... just so there is a large grip zone open, I wrap around the butt a couple of times to create a more balanced feel
