where do i buy recycled tire rubber?

I have read several threads about recycled tire rubber being a great material for practice pads. I am building a 5 foor long practice table and I want to use 1/4" recycled tire rubber. Any suggestions on where to buy the material? The reason i want 1/4" recycled tire rubber is because i want my drummers to learn how to use more wrist while playing. Websites, company names, ect. Anything that will point me to the right place. Thanks.

Beetle percussion sells floppys,which are cut out circles of tire rubber which can be used to make a custom pad,or flopped onto a hard surface and played

Beetle Percussion won't release where they get their rubber from for a risk of jeopardizing profits and success, but the closest to theirs I have found is from rubbercal.com
