Practice Routine: Grid Tempo Control

Grid Tempo Control

Description:

Do you use the metronome or other players around you as a crutch? Feel lost when playing by yourself with no metronome? Build your inner-tempo-control with grid click tracks!

Routine Steps:
  1. 16th-grid-single-forward-100, 2 reps
  2. 16th-grid-single-forward-MET-H-100, 2 reps
  3. 16th-grid-single-forward-100, 2 reps
  4. 16th-grid-single-forward-MET-W-100, 2 reps
  5. 16th-grid-single-forward-120, 2 reps
  6. 16th-grid-single-forward-MET-H-120, 2 reps
  7. 16th-grid-single-forward-120, 2 reps
  8. 16th-grid-single-forward-MET-W-120, 2 reps
  9. 16th-grid-single-forward-140, 2 reps
  10. 16th-grid-single-forward-MET-H-140, 2 reps
  11. 16th-grid-single-forward-140, 2 reps
  12. 16th-grid-single-forward-MET-W-140, 2 reps

i'm gonna do it with flbuzzes. buzzes with grace notes. why has this not been tried yet?
