If you were confronted with a undeniable truth that doesnt completely conform to your beliefs would you still choose to ignore it. Even though deep down you know it to be true?

Regardless of how well it's written (which it isn't that poorly written, but okay), most of it is true.

Regardless of how well it's written (which it isn't that poorly written, but okay), most of it is true.

...and that is also an excuse you hear many times from people who's belief system is or was challenged, and couldn't come up with a way to explain the feeling that maybe they were wrong...

instead of saying "Holy Crap...maybe I have been wrong", they just say "It is poorly written", or "the author has no clout (within my accepted definition of the word...) etc.

Now I am not saying right away that ▲ITAOTS▲ is like that...they have only been on the board for a minute, BUT, it sounds like the talk that all of my uber-religious relatives use when they cant' argue a point with logic...
