If you're referring to sixteenth note sextuplets with alternate sticking (RLRL), you can play eighth note triplets on your right hand and have your left hand "follow." As far as the transition goes, you can actually make your rhythms half their values, like that one beat of sixteenth notes, and turn it into two beats of eighth notes; that one beat of sixteenth note sextuplets into two beats of triplets. Once you can play those four beats together, just keep increasing the tempo until you're at the equivalent (initial) sixteenth note tempo. Just remember, that's all sixteenth notes are: twice as fast as their eighth note counterpart.
