Mark Ford Mallets

Can anybody tell me if the Mark Ford Series (Green Yarn) mallets are heavy? For example: I don't really like Zivkovic's mallets because they're a little too top heavy for me. I've heard the Ford's and think they sound great but don't want to order them if they're any worse than the Zivkovic's.

If you want light, maybe look at Steven's mallets, they are like nothing in your hand and soung great. I don't have a pair, but I think they're made by malletech.

I'm that guy who says he'll try out for drum corps next year and never does.
But I'm totally gonna try to march Alliance this summer.
