Offworld Shuttle Pad

Posted: Sun Apr 17, 2016 8:32 am

I bought a shuttle pad last week and so far I can't say enough good things about the product.
It is light weight and has a good feel either on top of another pad or on your lap. I have used
it 2 or 3 times so far in lessons and I love being able to rest the pad on my lap with no
snare stand getting in the way. I do wish they would put a rubber playing surface on the
back side for an option, but other than that the pad is great. The backside rubber is not a
playing surface IMO. Just a non-slip kind of application. For $35 at Lone Star Percussion you
can't beat this with a stick. I don't carry a back pack, but if I did it would fit snugly into a
pack for sure. I highly recommend this pad.
